Return and Shipping policy

Returns

We want lifetime customers! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order because the

item ordered is damaged or defective or if we shipped the wrong item or mismatch between

product and our product description or sizing issues or wrong size ordered, or late or lost

deliveries, or simply you changed your mind, we’re here to help you! We offer free returns

within 30 days of purchase and 60 days or less delivery guarantee. You can return your

product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our free return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions:

✓ Final sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

✓ Returned items must have tags still on and returned in original product packaging.

✓ Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

✓ If the fault is a customer issue, for example customers ordering the wrong size, we

may ask the customer to pay for return shipping.

✓ You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Below are steps for a return or refund:

✓ Contact us by email at info@amashikolo.ca or Whatsapp Messaging.

✓ Tell us your request.

✓ We will respond within 2 to 3 business days.

✓ You will be given clear instructions including printing a return label and using the

original packaging wherever possible.

✓ You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the

carrier’s locations.

Below are examples beyond our control:

✓ Lost or stolen items.

✓ Damaged deliveries.

✓ We will offer replacement items for lost or damaged items.

✓ If a refund is requested and you pay by credit or with debit card, refunds will be sent

to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or

cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about

when the credit will be posted to your account.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
