License and Access:

Your Account:

You may need your own Amashikolo account to use certain Amashikolo.ca Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Risk of Loss:

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Amashikolo. ca pass to you upon our delivery to you by the carrier or, if such items must across an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs in Canada.

Returns, Refunds and Title:

Amashikolo.ca does not take tittle to returned items until the item arrives is received by us. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation,Amashikolo.ca does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refund, please contact our customers service.

Product Descriptions:

Amashikolo.ca attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Amashikolo.ca does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Amashikolo.ca Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Disputes:

(Not applicable to Quebec consumers) Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Amashikolo.ca Services or to any products or services sold or distributed by Amashikolo.ca or through Amashikolo.ca Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, expect that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

For Quebec consumers: These conditions of use and any dispute of any sort might arise between you and Amashikolo.ca shall be governed by the law of the Province on Quebec, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions, and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction of the District of Montreal(Quebec).

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability:

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Amashikolo.ca Services:
